Abstracts and Posters

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

1. Abstract must be written in Croatian or English.
2. The abstract should contain at least 200 and at most 500 words including keywords, the number of keywords can be from 3 to 5.
3. Abstracts will not be proofread - the author is responsible for linguistic and spelling correctness.
4. The abstract is submitted online via link.
5. The deadline for submitting abstracts is January 27, 2025.
6. Confirmation of acceptance will be sent by February 1.2025.
7. All accepted abstracts will be published in the book of abstracts.
8. The Expert Committee of the Congress reserves the right to choose the form of presentation of the work at the Congress.
9. Posters will be displayed throughout the Congress in electronic form.
10. The best poster will be awarded.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR E-POSTER SUBMISSION

1. The e-poster must be made in Power Point format.
2. The e-poster must contain ONLY ONE slide showing the entire contents of the poster.
3. Please use fonts compatible on PC and Mac operating systems (Arial, Courier New, Georgia, Helvetica, Times, Times New Roman)
4. Please do not use fonts smaller than 10pt.
5. The file size must be less than 20 MB.
6. E-posters must be made in portrait / upright format; 25.35 x 50.80 cm.
7. Only one e-poster per abstract is allowed
8. E-posters must not contain audio / video or moving pictures.

Posters will be on display throughout the Congress in electronic form.

The best poster will be awarded.
